Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is used for problem areas, especially where there is muscle tightness and muscle tension. It concentrates on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue and is particularly helpful for aches and pains, relieving knots and muscle stiffness.
Whilst a massage is never performed with the intention to hurt or cause pain, deep tissue massage can be uncomfortable. This is due to the level of pressure applied and its effects when working deep into the muscles. It is ‘positive’ pain. However, if you do feel particularly uncomfortable with the treatment you need to let us know – after all this is YOUR massage and we need to work with you … not just on you! You can expect to feel a little sore for a day or two afterwards, especially if your muscles have needed some ‘heavy duty’ treatment. So if you have an important event coming up then please factor this in when scheduling your massage.

Relaxing Massage
Swedish massage is known for its therapeutic properties and is widely used as a treatment that brings many health benefits. It is both deeply relaxing and wonderfully refreshing. It helps improve muscle tone, increase mobility, alleviate pain and maintain fitness levels and contributes to your overall well being. Perfect for that feel good factor!
Full body massage: 75 minutes £55
Back, neck and shoulder massage: 45 minutes £35
Combination treatments available: 1 hour £45 or 30 minutes £28
Stress Relief
Regular therapeutic massage is the perfect and natural way to combat the stress that comes from the rigours of every day life. It helps keep your mind and body in good health. The psychological effects of massage create an all over feeling of well being.
Signs of stress include the inability to relax, anxiety, moodiness, non stop working, sleeplessness, pessimism, headaches. Stress puts your body under pressure, puts your heart under pressure. With regular massage those stress levels will come down.

Wedding Packages
Planning a wedding is a busy time and can take a lot out of you. Taking some ‘me time’ in the run up to the big day is going to help.
