BOOKING

Thank you for choosing Wirral Massage for your massage treatment. The service allows you to book a range of massage treatments.  You can book through this site or by telephone.  

A booking is confirmed once Wirral Massage and you, the Client have agreed a date and time and location for a treatment.

All Clients must complete a consultation form prior to treatment.

GP/Consultant permission may be required before a treatment can be given.

PAYMENT

Wirral Massage accepts payment in cash, bank transfer or Paypal

CONDUCT

Wirral Massage has the right to terminate a treatment immediately if the Client demonstrates inappropriate or sexual behaviour.

Payment will be collected for the full treatment price.

CANCELLATION

If a cancellation is made on the day of the appointment a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price will be charged 

Wirral Massage has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the Client has taken ill or is under the influence of alcohol or drugs

Wirral Massage has the right to cancel a treatment without notice if the room or environment is unsuitable for the treatment to be given.

Wirral Massage has the right to cancel a treatment if unforeseen circumstances arise

PRIVACY POLICY

General Data Protection Act(GDPR) 2018

Your privacy is very important to us. It is a requirement of our legal profession to keep records in relation to the treatment you receive. Wirral Massage confirms that the details you provide for the sole purpose of  massage will be held securely  for a period of 7 years. This information will not be shared with any third party.  You have a right to access your personal information and request it be erased at any time. Hard copy data will be shredded and electronic data permanently deleted.

Wirral Massage finds the practice of spamming abhorrent. Your email address will never be shared with a third party and should you wish to have your details removed from our database click  ‘unsubscribe’ where you have received an appointment confirmation email or newsletter.
